Food or drink purchased at the theatre or in advance is not permitted in the auditorium.
We recommend you pre-ordering your interval drinks at our bar upon arrival. These will then be made available in the Foyer area for you to collect at the start of the interval.
We do not currently have a Cloakroom facility due to COVID-19 safety procedures.
Unless instructed otherwise on the day, photography and recording equipment is generally prohibited in the auditorium due to copyright law and to minimise any disturbance to the performers and other audience members.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event time stipulated on your ticket. The theatre is open approximately 30 minutes before the event starts.
Yes, all persons regardless of age must be allocated a seat.
We ask you to make contact with the Box Office who will be able to book our Wheelchair spaces for you.
In the event you have lost your ticket please contact the Box Office where we will be able to provide you with a duplicate e-ticket.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund tickets. There may be an opportunity that we could resell your ticket at face value for events that have a waiting list. Please contact the Box Office for further advice.
Your ticket will be emailed to you immediately following your booking as part of your confirmation. You can print your ticket in advance of your visit and bring them with you or display your e-ticket on a mobile device to a member of staff as you enter the theatre.
